I ordered a toothbar at Heavy Hitch. At first, I thought the product I bought had an engineering defect. It would not secure correctly no matter how I tightened it. I texted Greg at Heavy Hitch to discuss the issue and it turned out that I had provided Heavy Hitch with the wrong dimensions of my bucket. Greg answered my concerns after business hours, on his personal time, and followed through with all my questions. This is a high level of customer service that I have never seen before. Clearly the fault was mine for providing the wrong dimensions. Despite not being at fault, Greg offered to give me a refund on my purchase because he “just wanted to make it right” for me. Again, a very high level of customer service and integrity rarely seen in today’s businesses. I have now placed an order for the correct product and anxiously awaits its arrival. Despite working with a product of the wrong dimension, I found the quality to be very heavy duty. The design of the cutting teeth are aggressive and made digging much better than a bare bucket. I want to thank Greg for his patience, superb customer service, and his integrity.
