Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Original shipping costs will not be refunded, nor will returned shipping be paid by Heavy Hitch, unless there was a manufacturing defect or the incorrect item was sent. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
What is our Return Policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. The original purchaser may return any item in its original condition and packaging, for any reason, within 30 days of the original ship date. Upon receipt of the returned parts, we will refund your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Parts returned more than 30 days from the purchase date will incur a 15% restocking charge and be refunded to the original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Parts returned more than 60 days thru 90 days from the purchase date will incur a 30% restocking charge and be refunded to the original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. No refund will be issued if returned more than 90 days from the purchase date. We will return them to you at your expense or dispose of them for you.
If you receive a defective product or have received the wrong part because of an error on our part, we will exchange it or issue a refund for the parts and shipping charges. If you prefer, we will replace any item, or issue you a full refund–it’s your choice! If we have made a mistake, we will also refund the shipping. After the 90 day period, all warranty issues will be handled on a case by case basis.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and write the RMA# on the outside of the box.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks depending on the season.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect?

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
