Your John Deere 4255 tractor will be ready to take on any digging project with the Heavy Hitch Tooth Bar.
Our tooth bars are designed in a range of sizes. If you are unsure which size fits your tractor, measure the inside of your bucket. You need the size closest to yet smaller than that.
The heavy-duty tooth bar is designed to increase the bucket capacity and digging performance of your tractor. With a 5/16″ Allen wrench, it’s easily installed to your front end loader with 5/8″ set screws in each tooth shank. The teeth are replaceable, and the tooth bar works with standard material buckets with a cutter bar up to 1/2″.
John Deere tractors are built for comfort and durability. When you add our tooth bar to the bucket on your John Deere 4255, you’ve upgraded to a machine that can do anything.
Tooth bars are manufactured by a variety of companies at different thicknesses, using different grades of steel. Some customers have been concerned about the wear and tear of bucket teeth metal on concrete surfaces, or their buckets unable to support larger loads, potentially bending their buckets.
This is one reason Heavy Hitch has become a stand-out alternative, as seen in an online tour of their factory in Rochester, Minnesota (see video).
“We have nothing to hide,” said Schell. “Our steel is made in America and built to last. In fact, we distinguish ourselves from our competitors. Our steel tool bar blades last 3 or 4 times longer than most standard tool bars.”
